Asti Spumante Docg Metodo Classico

Complex, Elegant, Precise

De Miranda Metodo Classico is Asti Spumante in its highest expression. It’s a sparkling wine with multiple facets. It combines an evolved aromatic profile, perfectly blending all nuances. The nose has hints of dried fruit and sable paste shortbread?, it is balanced with scents of sage and thyme. On the palate a burst of aromas of honey, dates, and lily of the valley as well as toasted brioche and salty biscuits. The perlage is very vine and persistent.
