The Cuvee Novecento Rose was born from our love for experimentation. It is a Pinot Noir which spends a long time aging on its lees and it does not disappoint. The nose reveals notes of raspberry, warm croissant, and thyme. The palate shows delicate flavors, with red fruit notes in perfect harmony notes of bright grapefruit and lemon. The finish is long and persistent.
